Closed Captions for one channel does not work (Little House on the Prarie)

Hello, before anyone advises me to make sure the captions are turned on, restart the Roku tv, etc,  I have done all of that, and captions work for most other channels. 

The closed captioning for the little house on the Prairie channel under live TV for Roku in the United States is not providing closed captions. 


I have checked with other users on Reddit, and this has been confirmed. Please reference this thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/littlehouseonprairie/s/ZiWITONH3s

Under captioning track it says unavailable. However, a user in Canada has confirmed that it does work on that channel in Canada. And another user has confirmed that the Pluto stream of this channel also does not have closed captioning.

is there anyway to track down the source of these channels and have whoever owns it update the closed captioning data for this channel?

Also, if anyone here wants to also confirm with me that the little house on the Prairie channel is not providing closed captions in the United States, please do so.

    I just tried it and I see captions.  Just to make sure we're speaking of the same channel, it's channel 316 (if you have the channel numbers turned on) on The Roku Channel.  If you browse the guide, does the currently playing episode display "TV-PG CC RokuChannel"?  Right now (1pm PDT) it's playing "Little House:  Look Back to Yesterday".
