Channels changing on their own
I'm so glad this is being raised and to hear I'm not alone with this problem. I too have experienced this and there is no stuck button involved. In fact, my remote was sitting on the table and all of a sudden my TV screen switched from one channel to the NFL football game!! I have Roku Ultra and have ethernet cable. I do not use wifi. This seems to be increasing in frequency and it's very disconcerting not to mention annoyinng. I love my Roku but I don't appreciate my channels being changed without me doing so.

- Remote batteries: If you are using a Roku remote with batteries, consider replacing them with fresh ones, as weak batteries can cause erratic behavior.

- Try a different remote: If you have another Roku remote, test it to see if the issue persists.
