Hey there, FFSTBASE14 welcome to the Roku Community!

I understand you're having trouble uninstalling a Channel or app. No worries, let's get this sorted! Can you provide a bit more info?

      1. Which app are you trying to uninstall?
      2. Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software version (you can find these in Settings > System > About).
      3. If possible, send over the Tracker ID by pressing Home 5 times, then Back 5 times when the issue happens.

Once I have this info, I’ll pass it along to the right team for further help. Looking forward to hearing from you!

      Thanks,
      The Roku Community Team

Since all the channels/apps are tied to your Roku account (not the actual device), you must be connected to the internet when adding or removing channels/apps.

Try restarting both the Roku device (Settings/System/Power/System Restart or Settings/System/System Restart) and also try rebooting/restarting your router.
