If the steps in the solution posted over there (clearing cache, restarting device) did not work, I believe Roku is indicating a Factory Reset may be necessary. (Settings/System/Advanced System Settings/Factory Reset) or press and hold reset button for 30+ seconds. **Make sure you have a working physical Roku remote before performing a Factory Reset on a RokuTV or Roku device.
