Certain apps don't load on the homepage.

Hey guys .  I have 2 devices both roku express and for awhile now there are a few apps that act like they're loaded to the homepage but do not .  specifically xplus app and network app are the only ones in question . I have to search the store and and I'll find the apps sitting up front but do not have the check mark on the app although when I click on the app it launches immediately. any help would be greatly appreciated .
