You never said how you got out of it. Did hitting the Home button return you to the main menu? Did it simply time out? Did you have to unplug the Roku from power? How did you exit?
Also, please verify the name of the app. There is no app called "Casino Slots" in the Channel Store. This thread is for that, and either it was renamed, or it was a non-certified app and was removed. So, what is the actual name of the app? Unless we have that, we can't attempt to replicate it.
Yes, there are 27 different apps with "Slots" in the name, so we need to know which is the one you're using.
