It sounds like a network or app issue. Try restarting your device and router, clear the app cache, and make sure the apps are updated. If the problem continues, check if Global TV or CNN have service outages or try reinstalling the apps.

- Have you tried using other apps like Netflix or YouTube and are they working normally, or is the issue happening across the board?
In the meantime, try this: Home > Settings > System > Power > System Restart.
