YouTube app not opening with the error message "Please check your network connection and try again."

YouTube could not be run because it could not be reinstalled from the network. Please check your network connection and try again. 

I checked the network, and the Wi-Fi is excellent; it is connected to the network. I keep receiving the above message—any suggestions?

    We noticed you're having trouble opening the YouTube app. 

    Could you confirm if the issue only occurs in that app? 

    In the meantime, try doing a system restart by following these steps: Press Home button > Select Settings > Select System > Power (if that option is not there, skip to the next step) > System restart.
