Hi BT54,
A warm welcome to the Roku Community!
We understand you are having trouble with a playback issue on a channel. In some cases, removing the channel and then reinstalling it may help. To ensure the process is successful, follow the steps below, making sure you restart your Roku device before adding the channel again.
- Remove the channel. Highlight the channel tile on your Home screen and press the Star button on your remote to open the options menu. Select remove channel and confirm.
- Restart your Roku Device. Home > Settings > System > Power. "If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step." System restart.
- Reinstall the channel. Visit the Roku Channel Store and add the channel again.
If the issue persists, keep us posted on what you find out!
All the best,
Chel

Most likely you've received an upgrade to your Roku software, and you just need to restart your Roku.
Depending on your Roku model and Roku version number you'll find the "System restart" option under "Settings > System > Power" or if you don't have a "Power" option, under "Settings > System".
If a restart doesn't do it, or if you don't have sufficient control with the remote to navigate the Roku menus, you can also restart by pulling the power plug to the Roku for a few seconds then plugging it back in and waiting for it to restart.
