Cancel Max subscription

I have a Max subscription made on a roku not belonging to me. I want to cancel my subscription, but I can’t since i don’t have access to the email linked to the Roku. What do I do?

    If your subscription is billed and managed through Roku, you can cancel it right from the Roku device you use to log in by following these steps:

    1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
    2. Highlight the app to cancel.
    3. Press the Star button.
    4. Select Manage subscription and turn off auto-renew to cancel.
    5. Your subscription remains until the end of the billing cycle.
