Can’t watch Ted Lasso on Apple TV + thru Roku

Why do i get this message when trying to watch Ted Lasso “unable to play. There’s a problem playing this video. Try again or trouble shoot the issue”

this is the only show that does this on 🍎 tv. Every other show will play. Hasn’t worked for 4 weeks but we’re just able to watch it on my wife’s computer but not on Roku - WHY???

    Are you using the AppleTV+ app on a Roku, or accessing AppleTV+ through the Roku Channel app?

      Watching it on the Apple channel on Roku

      As I said it works fine on a computer while not watching thru Roku

    I'm having the same issue. I've tried everything short of factory resetting my Roku.

        If you are using the Apple TV+ app ON a Roku, then this may be an Apple problem. They are responsible for the app
