Can’t connect to CBS because tv provider is not listed

I have  And the only provider they show is How do I solve this?

Did you create a watchTVeverywhere.com account?  Consolidated is listed as a provider there.

    This is my issue too.  I use an antenna for everyday watching and free DVR recording and occasionally Roku using Brightspeed/Centurylink Wi-Fi - my telephone company.

      Cindy317, sorry, you don't have a provider if you're accessing CBS over the air.  A provider is some entity you pay to provide CBS as part of a package - "pay" being the operative word there.
