Buffer issues all channels randomly

I have a 2020 premier. I have a gig internet connection., excellent signal & 65mbps download. Reset device and router as per recommended steps.
all channels have with in the last 3 weeks started buffering at random times. I monitor my internet connection during the buffering and all of my other devices work fine. Is the Roku starting to die?

Since this issue affects most of the channels that you stream, we'd like to suggest resetting your Roku device. Kindly be informed that factory resetting a device will remove all the data on your Roku device, and you would need to re-activate it again.

Please follow the steps below to perform a factory reset.

    From the Settings menu
    1. Press Home on your Roku remote.
    2. Scroll and select Settings.
    3. Select System.
    4. Select Advanced system settings.
    5. Select Factory reset.
    6. If you have a Roku TV, select Factory reset everything. Otherwise, move to the next step.
    7. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Directv, Peacock, Prime Video, Youtube, Disney, Roku Channel, MAX, ESPN, Tubi, Hulu, Angel, and Paramount.

Reset the WiFi router 2X, reset the Roku 1X, Cleared the apps on the Roku and re-downloaded them.
Reset the WiFi settings on the Roku. Setup ping to google.com on my laptop left it running for a time and waited for ROKU to let directv to buffer, I did the same for Peacock, Prime Video, Youtube, Disney, ping stayed consistent @ 35 ms.

Other devices on the network ar working correctly including 1 FireStick,  1 ROKU TV, 1 ROKU Ultra, 3 laptops, 1 pc, 1 smart home hub, and a polk sound bar.

Not a nube by far, make a living at network stuff.
