Certainly you may complain, but you need to complain to the BBC. They are the one that provides the iPlayer channel, not Roku.
We can offer a suggestion or two, though. When you removed the channel, did you reboot your Roku before you installed it again? If not, then it wasn't really removed. You must reboot the Roku after removing a channel to ensure all the little pieces are completely gone.

By reboot do you mean restart if so yes done this a few times

Yes, reboot/restart is what I meant. Just had to ask, because people are sometimes unaware of the requirement to do it when removing a channel. Sounds like BBC has a problem with their channel then, and only they can resolve it.

hello everyone....
I have been battling to get BBC i Player on my Android Mi box. I cant believe how straightforward it was following this video. Thank you. https://snaptube.cam/ or https://vidmate.bid/- Michelle34 years agoRoku Guru
Roku does not even own the Android brand. Google does. Therefore, you may need to take your discussion at Google Support.

The Roku OS is based on Linux, not Android. Of course, Android is based on Linux as well, but they are still two completely different operating systems, and there's no correlation between the two when it comes to programming for them.
