Having this issue can be pretty annoying, and we completely understand that. We're happy to help.
To figure this out quickly, tell us more about it...
- Is this issue occurring on all channels or just one? If it’s a specific channel, are all contents within that channel affected, and which channel is it?
- What Roku device is having this problem?
- Were there any recent software updates before this happened? If so, what was the latest software version of your Roku device?
In the meantime, since you mentioned that a soundbar is connected to the TV, have you tried disconnecting the soundbar and setting the audio output to "TV Speakers"? This will help us determine whether the audio dropouts are related to the soundbar or the Roku device itself.
