Apple TV app isn't working

Apple TV NOT WORKING AGAIN AND AGAIN. I get sick of this every 2 weeks we always have problems. I don’t understand they will fix it then it will come up again does it means that we have to change our TV ?? I  just tired of it. Please make it better. This is not the first time i complain.. if i don’t post sometimes I call just to get it fix.

    Roku can do nothing to fix it. Apple provides the app and only they can resolve issues with their app. You need to contact Apple support.
