Acorn TV suddenly stopped working on Roku Streaming Stick +

Having the same blasted problem starting a week ago: Access to this resource is forbidden by access policy 2019-403000-000  I switched to T-Mobile a month and a half ago and things were working fine until last week.  I do not have a VPN.  Acorn customer service told me it’s a tech problem and that they’ve put the tech team on the problem, but I have yet to hear anything back from them after a week and the problem is still ongoing.

    Thanks for letting us know about this here. We'd like to provide further information about the playback issues you've experienced within the Acorn TV app.

    Please be aware that most standalone apps on the Roku streaming platform are managed and maintained independently by the channel provider. We're glad to hear you've already coordinated this with their Support team, as they will be the ones who can fix this error on their app. 

    We hope this will be sorted out soon.
