Today I was billed $125.99 for CBS Interactive and I did not order it. I indicated Roku so I went there.
I have checked my Roku account and have no subscriptions there that I can cancel.
I have gone to the CBS Interactive account which I had to set up since I did not have one, and it also says I have no subscriptions to cancel.
How can I cancel something with two services which are billing me but say I have no subscription? And how often will they bill? This is a nightmare!

I just 'Reported a technical support scam' on the Roku Support website. I immediately received an email that said they will be in touch soon, and could also email them more info. if needed. I'll let you know the progress on this.
