My TLC ROKU TV isn't sending audio output to my custom computer, which has an AMD 5600XT connected via HDMI to the TV for display input, and a display port on the card itself. I'm unsure if another monitor with speakers might be interfering with the audio output, although that monitor has a solid audio connection.
