Won't connect to wireless

Says not connected to wireless. Wireless internet provider works for all other devices in home. Unplugged. Took batteries out of remote. Roku connected after took batteries out of remote and worked for a few minutes, then went black. No matter what, will not reconnect with wireless. I think my Roku died.

Maybe. Or... If it's a Roku Express (you didn't say which device you had) then it's 2.4 GHz only, and some ISPs who furnish wireless routers have been changing settings from 802.11 b/g/n to g/n, which will cause the Roku Express to not connect.

Settings > System > About will show you the model number, as well as OS version/build.
