Wifi issues after COX outage today.

Anyone here use COX as their wifi provider? They were out today and now are up. However, my ROKU won't connect. There was no problem before the outage.  I even reset my roku to the factory setting and still won't connect.

When Cox was out they may have updated the router.

Problems have been reported lately caused by updates to equipment from Xfinity and Cox, but there may be others.

Affected users report the router configuration needs to be switched from g/n security back to b/g/n. If you don't have access to your router's control panel you may have to have your internet provider do it for you.

Called COX again for the 3th time. This time I obviously got a customer service Agent that knows a bit more. She said the same thing that the past 2 CS Agents said, "unplug your Roku". She must have done something different on her end, because now all is well in ROKU land.
