Wifi connection and ROKU Streaming Stick 4k.

Just purchased this stick for our RV. We are in a park with very good WIFI.  Although ROKU says it is connected to the WIFI I cannot update the ROKU software. Hence I can’t get to streaming… I chose the network but it didn’t prompt me for a password. But says connected???

this stick is just for the RV and when we r traveling.

love some assistance at this point.

That is something to do with the parks WiFI. Connect your Roku to your phones mobile hotspot. If it works then it's the parks WiFi. Something they are restricting.
