WiFi connection is not showing up

Hello! I'm just curious if anyone else is dealing with the same issue as me right now. I own BT wifi, and my roku refuses to show it up on the wireless wifi scan. It's been fine beforehand but im utterly sure if it's my wifi or a problem within the system.

    What's the model number of your Roku device displayed under Settings->System->About.  Note that Roku devices only support channels 1-11 on 2.4GHz and not all devices support 5GHz and those that do don't support all channels.
