I'm using comcast, and get a roku error -500? What does this mean? How do I fix it? Any insight would be great. Thanks.
I believe I'm using a Roku Premiere | HD/4K/HDR Streaming Media Player with Simple Remote and Premium HDMI Cable. I tried reseting my cable modem router and didn't help.
