Unable to connect to wireless network

I have tried several times to connect Roku Express with my Samsung Tv to my wireless network. My network comes up, I select it, enter password and it says unable to connect to wireless network. I’ve tried all trouble shooting listed. I have another tv one room over and further from main router and it connects just fine. Same Roku Express. Please help? Other suggestions? Doesn’t make sense that it can’t connect.

Thanks for the post.

For troubleshooting purposes, have you tried connecting your Roku device to an alternate wireless network, such as a mobile hotspot, to see if you are able to connect?

If you are still unable to resolve the issue, can you please provide the serial number of your Roku device from Settings>System>About? I'll be able to assist you further from there.
