TV shows 'no data" when I click on ROKU

I just replaced my Roku with a Roku express.  After connecting it to my Vizio tv, when I click on "Roku", I get a "no data" message.  Anyone have an idea of the problem?

Is this a Roku Express 4k+?  There's someone with that model and a Vizio TV with the same problem.


  • If you have another TV, see if the Express works on that TV.
  • Try another HDMI cable
  • If you're using the TV's USB port for power try the supplied power adapter
