Streaming stick+ suddenly keeps dropping wifi

Hi, I've even gone as far as a complete factory reset but nothing is working.  All other devices in the house are fine but suddenly the Roku stick is dropping the wifi connection constantly (ie every 5 minutes or so).

The stick is literally 1m away from the router.

It has gone from being the most convenient streaming stick we've owned to the most frustrating, almost overnight.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

If you are getting an error code or message, refer to this link for common Roku error codes and their recommended actions: How to connect your Roku device to the internet using Wi-Fi or Ethernet

You can also try configuring your router and use wireless channels 1, 6, or 11 which are the preferred channels in North America. Each time you change the wireless channel, you will likely need to apply/save changes before you are prompted to restart the router.
