No, unfortunately they are not interchangeable between models.
Perhaps @RokuCarly or @RokuMaryEF can stop by this thread and help you out with a replacement cable/option.

Currently, most of the Roku streaming players are on sale so might be worth a glance at a new one. Only the Streaming Stick models need this proprietary cable which is why I tend to avoid them. The set top players use power supply cables you can easily get in a store or online if they break.

I have the Streaming Stick+ model 3810X. The power cable broke, so I tried to find a replacement. Every link that went to the WR001 power cable. Came up with the WR002 model. I got the cable and had to get an adapter to put it on the roku. Still came up with the 'Not Connected' message. I factory reset the device by got a message that read 'Advanced Wireless Receiver not found'. Does the WR002 not work on the device? If so, how do I get a WR001 power cable?
As you've discovered, the WR002 can't be used in place of the WR001 and unfortunately the WR001 is no longer available. Perhaps @RokuMaryEF can provide some help.

Exact same issue… Not realizing it, ended up with WR002. Tried an adapter, no luck - Old stick does not recognize.. . Any way to relearn or upgrade firmware?
