Hi I’m having problems with the my internet well I guess the tv too when I go into my WiFi settings there’s another name locked in my settings I am unable to get into some times I be called my company they’ve removed it I’ve changed my password 5 times within a week but the name keeps coming up I have Turned off my WiFi unplugged the tv plugged it back in didn’t turn on the WiFi it comes on with the same name can anyone help me please Desperate for help
