Second device i have purchase

This is the second device i have purchased in less than 2 years. Not it wont connect. I went through the troubleshooting. Restart etc. My internet and modem is ok.  The roku is extremely hot.  Cannot talk or chat with a live agent. Very disappointed

I ordered the Roku Streaming Stick +. It was in the process of being delivered and USPS sent me a text and email saying "insufficient address". I went to the support page, filled in the information clicked on submit and nothing happened. The same thing happened with the email. Nothing, no help that's why they need a chat option so that people can get quick help.
