Rokus connect to wifi successfully but then I go to launch a channel and it says no connection!

HELP! All our Roku devices connect to wifi but then we launch any channel and it says no internet connection.

If all of your Roku devices aren't connecting, try restarting all of your network equipment (gateway/modem/router) and then restart your Roku devices.
