Roku says my network is slow

but I just checked and I just did a speedtest of my internet connection and it's 251Mbps

I can't see any of my Roku channels and all of my computers are humming along using my network, something's wrong with my Roku device but there's no one to talk to

Could you provide us with the model number of your Roku device? This can be found in the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > About. We would also recommend following the suggestions in this support link: How to improve the Wi-Fi® or wireless internet connection to your Roku® streaming device
