Roku not connecting to Verizon Fios LAN

We moved and Verizon installed full fiber at new home. In the old setup Roku was connected to same router LAN 1, now it does not work. I dont have any other router or extender and no Roku remote -- So unable to set-it up. Any help would be appreciated

Please note I have tried to check from router setting Devices but dont see Roku connected there

Product is Roku Premier+
