Roku disconnected from WiFi and won’t reconnect. Help.

My Roku randomly disconnected from WiFi. I keep getting error code 014.30 and suggestions to restart my router and my Roku. It’s now day 3. I have tried restarting both multiple times, moved my Roku closer to my router, and have done a factory reset to see if that would help.  Nothing is working. Can I get some help getting this resolved?

If you have Comcast/Xfinity or Cox as your ISP go into your router's settings and change the wireless mode to b/g/n from g/n.
