Roku Ultra is direct wired via ethernet cable and will intermittently freeze with message no internet connection which is not true as the connection is fine on the smart TV apps. When I follow the prompts to check the connection most of the time it says it can't start and I need to restart the device. It's pretty much doing this all the time now.

We recommend rebooting both your router and your Roku device. We would also recommend trying another ethernet cable.
