Help & troubleshooting for network issues, including connecting your device to your home Wi-Fi network, connecting to public networks, troubleshooting wireless issues & ethernet connections, and optimizing streaming performance.
I have a 46" Sharp Roku TV that I have tried to connect to our WiFi for an hour now. I opened settings and went to connect to the wifi and it tells me that there are no networks available. I live in an apt building and I know there is at least eight, two of which are mine. I tried manually putting in the network information and it keeps telling me it doesn't exist Any ideas?
When I've had this problem a restart of the router followed by a restart of my Roku device (I have separate devices, not Roku TVs) has always fixed it.
