ROKU Compatibility With Verizon Jetpac

Purchased a new Verizon Jetpac that uses Wifi 3, and my ROKU Express purchase in 2017 cannot find it.  Would a new ROKU Express solve this problem?

Thanks!

Re: ROKU Compatibility With Verizon Jetpac

Your Express probably only uses 2.4GHz, but your router may not have that enabled by default.  So buying a Roku that includes 5GHz or enabling 2.4GHz in the router would both be likely to fix it.

Banned but back. Because why not?

Any Roku model ever released with 4K in its model name has WiFi with both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands.
