Not able to connect to Xfinitywifi using NOW pass

Exactly- getting same sign on - sees Xfinity hotspot but real way to sign on-doesn’t see my iPhone hotspot- either. that may be another issue but any help appreciated.

I'm having the same issue. I changed to Rogers Infinity Internet and it is not connecting. I checked with Rogers and there is no issue with the wifi. 

I am using my iphone as my remote because the old one stopped working after a year. 

My model number is 3810x.

I have tried to manually input ISP however it is still not connecting. 

It is showing the screen but saying not connected on TV. It is not recognizing this living room device as is already listed on it and was working before. 

 

Thank you for any assistance. It was working fine before switching over.

  • What error message/code are you getting after trying to connect to your network? (after entering the network credentials)
  • How far is your device from your network router?
