No channel menu on start up only the word Roku is on the screen
When I turn on Roku, all I get is a black screen with the word Roku on it. Usually it opens right to my channels. I have disconnected my Roku stick and replaced the batteries in the remote.

"Disconnecting" can mean unplugging the stick from the TV or disconnecting the power to the stick. Make sure you do both for several seconds and then plug everything back in.
