No Networks Found - need assistance

I have the same problem.

1. Turned TV and Roku on this morning.

2. Got a message from Roku that the software has been updated.

3. After that Roku lost all WiFi connection.  Roku does not find the WiFi in my home.  I get the same message as above "No Networks Found".

4. I did everything that's been suggested in the original post here.

5. Still no WiFi connection.

6. One difference from above original post -- I have a valid MAC address, and my WiFi is working fine for all other WiFi devices in my home, including my laptop from which I am sending this note via WiFi.

So, what's the fix?  I've had no problems with Roku for the last two years, but now as soon as Roku updated the software it has blown up and can't even find my WiFi.

Thanks for the post.

Can you please provide more specific information about the issue you are experiencing? What Roku model device are you using? What wireless frequency is your router broadcasting?

With more detailed information, we will be able to assist you further.
