No Internet Connection. Green check for wireless connection
I have a Roku soundbar. It will not connect to the internet. My phone and laptop both connect to the wifi in my room and I called my customer support for wifi, rebooted router and everything works fine. When I try to connect it has a green check by wireless connection then a red X by internet connection. How can I get it to work, I know my wifi works fine.

I have the same issue ever since I lost power and everything was turned off and reset. I have tried every suggestion. Change my wireless to use ISP DNS, reboot Roku, reboot wireless router, reset network settings on Roku, Disable Network Pings, etc. nothing is working for me...have you found a solution?
