New roku not working and zero support from rolu

Was always a great supporter of roku products and have been using for 15 years.  New roku not connecting to wifi and there is no longer any customer support. WOW!   The end of a long love story.  Bye bye roku!

We appreciate and value your feedback and it sounds like your Roku device may be having trouble connecting to your home network. We will work with you to know what went wrong so we can assist you further and fix the issue.

We recommend rebooting both your wireless router and your Roku device.

To isolate the network issue, we also suggest trying to connect your device to an alternate network, such as a mobile hotspot.
