New Roku express can't find Plusnet wifi but is showing other networks

I have just purchased 2 Roku Express units. I am on the initial set up screen, they are detecting lots of WiFi networks but not my Plusnet? I have gone through all the troubleshooting advice, messed with my router but still nothing? I'm going crazy with this. HELP!!!

Roku Express models support 2.4 GHz band only. Is your WiFi set to use that band? Or is it set to 5 GHz only?

Adding, and only channels 1 through 11 on 2.4GHz.  The Express 4k+ supports 5GHz, but not all channels.

Plusnet may mean that original poster is from UK (Plusnet is a popular ISP, owned by dominant telecom company BT).

UK WiFi standards don't allow all WiFi channels to be used, ISP supplied routers default to what is allowed). 2.4ghz and 5ghz can be used, newer routers often default to 5g only.  Internet search will turn up details from Ofcom, wikipedia, etc.
