My Roku 3 won't connect to Internet...wifi is fine

We had a power outage last week and since then, my Roku 3 and Son's Roku TV won't connect to the internet.  Does fine with Wifi...no internet.  ALL other devices throughout the household are FINE.  Have tried restarting SEVERAL times and doing a factory reset to no avail.  We have power outages many times b4 (have had this unit for years), and have never had this happen.

Thanks for the post.

Have you tried changing the wireless channel on your router to see if that helps the issue you are experiencing? Who is your ISP (internet service provider)?

In addition, have you tried connecting your Roku device to an alternate wireless network, such as a mobile hotspot, to see if you are able to connect to internet?
