Internet connection fine but won’t stream LIVE tv? Help!
I just installed a new Roku stick. Install was fine, connected to internet but I keep getting “we’re having trouble with this” on ALL of my live channels. Netflix… fine, streaming movies…fine, but will not play anything that’s live on ESPN+. Hulu, none of those. I checked my internet connection and it’s fine…. Can anyone help.
Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.
