Fine for 4 months now buffering and cannot connect Express 4K

Loving my Roku up to yesterday when it just buffers and cannot connect to a program. I don't have any other sockets to use and I also don't understand why it has been fine and then suddenly was not. Should I unplug it and reset it all somehow..? Any help appreciated

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community.

Does the issue only occur on a specific channel or across other channels installed on your Roku device? Do you receive an error code or message? Please let us know as well how are you powering your Roku player. Is it connected t to the USB port of the TV or to a wall outlet?
