Every 90 days we require authentication for Public Wifi Access

My company attached our Roku Tv's to our Public Wifi. It requires you to acknowledge a splash screen. I cannot get the tv's to acknowledge splash through hotel/mode. It does not ask for the type of connection I am using. How do I get the device to being up the hotel/college setup again?

Re: Every 90 days we require authentication for Public Wifi Access

Hello @jimzaino

Thanks for reaching out to the Roku Community.

Here is how you can initiate and authenticate the connection to the internet to Hotel and Dorm using the instructions below.

  1. Press Home on your Roku remote
  2. Scroll and select Settings
  3. Select Network
  4. Select Set up connection
  5. Select Wireless
  6. From the list of available networks, choose the wireless network for the hotel or college dorm. If you do not see the network, select Scan again to see all networks.
  7. After your Roku device connects to the network, select I am at a hotel or college dorm

For detailed information, visit our support page: How to use Hotel and Dorm Connect to connect to the internet

Keep us posted on how it goes.

Regards,
Nimfa
