Error 014.50, reset modem router and Roku but no connection

Suddenly Roku isn't connecting to internet with nothing having changed.  Originally had error 014.  It shows wifi strength as excellent.  I rebooted Roku, modem, and router and got error 014.50.  Roku's instruction for that code is to restart router and Roku which, as noted, I've already done.  Other Roku elsewhere in house connects just fine.
