Downloading never stops and goes to the show

I am connected everything checks out ok but the downloading circle never connects with any of my streaming channels I have never had this problem before any suggestions would be appreciated

The first suggestion would be to restart everything involved - gateway/modem/router and Roku.  Just unplug the power from everything for several seconds and plug them back in.
