Device keeps shutting down & getting no signal

My Roku will turn on & play for a little while then shut off or down & I get a no S=signal. It will start back up & work for a little bit. Or it will work then go back to the jumping Roku screen. I have double checked that all plugs are nice & tight. I have moved to the power block instead of the TV. I checked for updates. I have even tried on other TVs. I don't know what else to do.
